Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Aura Agenda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Service Description

Aura Agenda is a free productivity workspace application for macOS that helps users manage tasks, track habits, plan their day, and stay focused. The app provides:

Task management with priorities, deadlines, and Kanban board
Habit tracking with streaks and visual progress
Daily planning with mood, energy, and gratitude tracking
Pomodoro timer with task-specific sessions
Markdown-supported note-taking
Calendar view and statistics dashboard
Data export/import (JSON and CSV)

Free Application

Aura Agenda is completely free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden fees. All features are available to all users at no cost.

User Data

All data you create within Aura Agenda is stored locally on your Mac. You are solely responsible for:

Backing up your data regularly
The content you create within the application
Any data you export from the application

We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if lost.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Aura Agenda for:

Any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the application
Redistributing the application without permission
Attempting to bypass any security features

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Aura Agenda, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Layer Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

Aura Agenda is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from:

Use or inability to use the application
Data loss or corruption
Service interruptions or app crashes
Any decisions made based on data within the application

Termination

You may stop using Aura Agenda at any time by uninstalling the application. Since the app is free and stores data locally, there is no account to close or subscription to cancel.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
