Note: Payment processing is handled by Apple. We do not collect or store credit card information.

3.1 Guest Users (Without Account)

If you use MediPill without creating an account:

• All data is stored locally on your device only
• We do not have access to your medication information
• Data will be lost if you uninstall the App or clear app data

For users with accounts:

• Data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS
• Data is encrypted at rest on our secure servers
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information
• Access to your data is strictly limited to authorized personnel

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal or health information with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

The only third-party service we use is Apple's payment processing for premium subscriptions, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. HIPAA Notice

MediPill is a personal medication tracking tool and is not a HIPAA-covered entity. We do not have access to your medical records from healthcare providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App.
