User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate medication information
Maintaining the security of your account credentials
Ensuring notifications are enabled on your device
Verifying medication schedules with your healthcare provider
Using the app in accordance with these terms

Subscriptions & Payments

MediPill offers premium subscriptions with the following terms:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancel anytime through your Apple ID account settings
No refunds for partial subscription periods
Prices may change with reasonable notice
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MediPill, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Layer Studio and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

MediPill is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We are not liable for any damages arising from:

The use or inability to use the app
Missed medication reminders or notifications
Any errors or inaccuracies in the app
Unauthorized access to your data

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
